CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT / UB-005Outdoor & insulated jackets development reference

Develop the specification
before the production order.

A successful outer layer balances its silhouette, materials and construction. For insulated styles, agree the filling type, distribution and quilting layout alongside the shell and lining. For uninsulated jackets, focus on fabric, lining choices, fit and finishing. Confirm the final construction in the approved sample.

Shell & lining

Compare the required hand feel, fabric weight, lining and finishing. Any water-resistance or other performance claim is confirmed for the selected specification.

Synthetic insulation

Review filling weight, quilt spacing and panel distribution where insulation is required. Our current development scope uses synthetic insulation rather than down.

Silhouette & finish

Develop a hood, stand collar or vest shape, then agree closure, pockets, cuffs, hem and brand labelling for your collection.
