Develop the specification
before the production order.

Softshell development starts with the intended use and layering system. A supple fabric for everyday movement needs a different specification from a structured shell with a warm backing. Send your preferred fabric weight, stretch direction, hand feel and backing so we can review the material route before sampling.

Fabric & backing

Review woven or bonded constructions, stretch, fabric weight and fleece backing. Water resistance and breathability depend on the selected material and agreed tests.

Fit & construction

Choose hooded or stand-collar silhouettes, a vest or full-sleeve body, pocket placement, cuff finishes and hem adjustment. Validate movement in a fit sample.

Your brand details

Develop panel colours, zip and trim choices, logo placement, labels and packaging against your approved artwork and technical pack.

Yes. Share your technical pack or reference images and describe the changes required. We will review the material, pattern and construction requirements before sampling.

Catalogue photographs show a development direction. Materials, construction, tests and any performance claims are confirmed for your project and approved sample.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Send your design, material requirements, quantities by style and colour, size range, branding, packing and target delivery date. The quotation is based on this specification.
